You can never have too many flowers

I think this came from the wildflower mix I sprinkled near my garden this past spring. I'm not sure just what kind it is but I love it. It's so delicate and sweet.

Does anyone know what kind it is? Julia? Anyone? :0)

This my entry for this week.

  1. I am not sure of the name of this flower, but it it does look amazing. I have always thought that nature is the most divine designer out there. Wishing you the most wonderful weekend ever!:-)))

  2. Well I am not quite sure seeing as I am not quite an expert on ornamentals. Give me a week and I can ace it!! Kind of looks like a zinnia cross if I had to put a guess out there. The number of petals on your flower is amazing. Good portrait.

  3. Oh, what a beautiful yellow flower!

  4. All the flowers are so pretty. Good Shot! I love it :D

  5. Looks like a lemon meringue zinnia, but that my own made up name. :) I work in a HUGE flower nursery as a master gardener and I have never seen that color. LOVELY! Hey, from SITS!

  6. Zinnia? Beautiful photo!
Happy SITS Saturday Sherefest! Hope you'll stop by my blog for a visit. On of my favorite posts is

  7. I am loving your flower image today....just posted on flowers myself...can never get enough of their beauty! xoxoxo Thanks for visiting me...your blog is lovely!

  8. Pretty flowers! Have a sweet day!x

  9. Yeay! I was gonna guess Zinnia too!
Oh, my land! You had me at your blog title pic!
Your blog is so fun- i'm gonna poke around and read some more ;o)

  10. A flower's appeal is in its contradictions, so delicate in form yet strong in fragrance, so small in size yet big in beauty, so short in life yet long on effect.

If I'm not mistaken it is a dahlia. Dahlias have many varieties....this might be one.
Anyway, have fun and keep a song in your heart, Lee.

  12. I don't have a clue but, it's beautiful. I am so envious that you live in a part of the U.S. that flowers just grow so beautifully.

Speak up, I can't quite hear you!
